The first of June

I always knew that once June came, work would start to pile up, we would have more meetings and basically I would need to step up.

Today was that.

The main objective of today was recee. I left home at 8.45am and headed to my first stop, Choa Chu Kang. All I can say is thank God we moved to Braddell. Then we convoy-ed our way to Tuas, CBD area, Kaki Bukit, Woodlands and then finally to attend a meeting at Bukit Merah. I literally travelled around Singapore.

I now have two interns under me. I’m taking on a leadership role. Wow. Two projects later, the responsibilities just sky-rocketed. Don’t get me wrong, I love it. It is a challenge but I’m loving it. I’m learning so much more everyday. I’m so happy.

I am so blessed to work with such a power-packed team. Three ‘up-there’ directors, an awesome crew and a great production team. I still can’t believe that its my third project and I’m where I am. I mean, its only my second major project. I was literally a slave for my previous one. Okay, fine, not slave, PA. Haha!

All in all, great start to the month. I’m praying for renewed strength each and everyday.

He has put eternity into man’s mind

The idea of eternity is well, long. Forever. Can our minds even fathom the idea of forever?

E V E R

God lives outside the spectrum of time. He has seen the beginning. He has seen the end.

I’ve been listening to a series of sermons by Pastor Judah Smith called “Jesus Is ______”. Jesus is whatever you need Him to be. The blank is for you to fill. Anyway in one of his sermons he talks about Moses’ request to see God face to face. He was so close and yet he wanted more. Long story short, Moses saw the back side of God walking past him and Moses’ face glowed for days. God is so magnificent. He is so powerful. He is so lovely. He is magnificent. That is the only way I know how to describe Him. If Moses face glowed for days just looking at the back side of God, can you imagine what would happen to us if we know what He is thinking? If we know what is in His mind? WHOA.

My conclusion, the idea of eternity is definitely something that God came up with. Our feeble human minds could have never came up with it.

Financially

I can’t wait for pay day! Its been two months since I got my last pay cheque and I never fail to be amazed at how I have survived! I’ve been going to the movies (multiple times a week!), going to plays at the theatre, going out, shopping, catching cabs, etc.

I tithe and He provides.

He truly cares for me. I love the verse that says how has the birds in the skies survive when no one deliberately feeds them. He looks out for them. Then how much more does He care for us! :’) He truly cares.
